Overview
CR PLUS is one of New South Wales’ largest concrete recycling operators, managing a substantial fleet of heavy vehicles, plant equipment and site assets across multiple facilities. Formerly operating as Concrete Recyclers, the business undertook a major brand transformation that required a complete visual rollout across fleet, buildings and operational environments.

ProSigns has been CR PLUS’s trusted signage partner for more than seven years, supporting both day-to-day fleet requirements and large-scale branding projects. When the company rebranded, we were engaged to lead the full signage transition — delivering new vehicle graphics, building signage, safety systems and wayfinding across multiple locations with minimal operational disruption.

‍The Challenge
The transition from Concrete Recyclers to CR PLUS required a carefully managed rollout across a large and varied asset base. The business needed a unified visual identity applied consistently across heavy trucks, light vehicles, electric vehicles, machinery and site infrastructure.

In addition to fleet branding, all existing building signage, yard signage and customer-facing graphics required replacement to reflect the new brand identity. Safety systems, compliance decals and machine markings also needed updating to align with operational and regulatory requirements. Because the fleet operates continuously across active sites, the rebrand needed to be delivered quickly and accurately, with minimal downtime and strong control over brand consistency across every asset.

ProSigns delivered a complete end-to-end rebrand program, managing the design, production and installation of graphics across the CR PLUS fleet and operational sites.Fleet branding was applied across rigid trucks, semi-trailers, tippers, utes, Teslas, EV fleet vehicles, plant equipment and operational machinery. Each asset received precision-fitted graphics, updated decals and safety elements to ensure the new CR PLUS identity was consistently applied across different vehicle types and body configurations.

Across multiple CR PLUS facilities, ProSigns also delivered new building signage, large-format wall branding, directional signage, safety boards, window graphics and entry signage. This created a modern, cohesive visual identity across all operational and customer-facing environments.

To support ongoing compliance requirements, we produced and installed fleet compliance decals, machinery labels, safety signage, high-visibility instructional graphics and hazard communication panels — all manufactured for durability in demanding outdoor and industrial conditions. As a long-term partner, ProSigns coordinated vehicle scheduling, installation sequencing and ongoing asset updates to minimise disruption. This included rapid turnaround replacements, efficient rollout planning and ongoing support as new vehicles and equipment joined the fleet.
