As a long-term signage partner, ProSigns manages National Workforce’s fleet branding, building signage, office graphics and national signage rollouts. A national business operating across multiple locations requires strict consistency, fast execution and reliable delivery across every site. National Workforce needed a signage partner capable of maintaining brand accuracy while supporting ongoing expansion across Australia.

This included designing fleet graphics aligned to brand guidelines, delivering large-scale building signage upgrades, coordinating complete office fitouts and managing internal branding elements across multiple states. ProSigns developed and manages a complete signage system that keeps National Workforce visually consistent across fleet assets, buildings and office environments nationwide.

Fleet branding is designed from scratch using National Workforce’s brand guidelines, creating clean, modern vehicle liveries that work across company cars, recruitment vehicles and regional staff vehicles. With approximately 25 vehicles in rotation, ProSigns manages design, production and installation to ensure every new vehicle enters service with consistent branding.

Across multiple states, ProSigns also delivers building signage installations including company signage, external branding, window frosting, 3D logo signage, wall graphics, wallpaper features and large-format building identifiers. Each installation is scheduled and coordinated to suit operational requirements and site access.

Within office environments, ProSigns supplies and installs internal branding elements including wall graphics, reception logos, privacy films, window decals and feature wallpapers. These elements create professional, modern workspaces aligned with the broader national brand.

As part of the ongoing partnership, ProSigns manages scheduling, logistics, installer coordination and brand consistency checks across all signage projects — allowing National Workforce to manage expansion efficiently through a single signage provider.
