Terra Civil is a major Australian civil works contractor operating a large and continually expanding fleet of machinery, trucks and light vehicles across multiple project sites. With a highly visible presence across civil infrastructure environments, maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity across every asset is a key part of how the business presents itself in the field.

‍The Challenge
Terra Civil operates a large number of fleet and plant assets in demanding construction environments, requiring signage that is durable, highly visible and consistently applied across a wide variety of surfaces and equipment types.

With more than 90 active assets in rotation, the business needed a signage partner capable of branding new machinery and vehicles quickly as they entered service, while maintaining a uniform visual style across the entire fleet.

In addition to fleet requirements, building signage and office environments also needed to reflect the same strong corporate identity, requiring a coordinated approach across external signage, internal graphics and wayfinding systems.

Because many projects are time-sensitive, reliability and fast turnaround were essential to avoid disruption to daily operations.

‍Our Solution
ProSigns developed and manages a complete signage system for Terra Civil, covering fleet branding, site signage and corporate environments.

Fleet branding is applied across excavators, loaders, skid steers, tippers, trucks, utes and newly acquired machinery, using a high-impact visual style originally developed to create a highly recognisable site presence. With approximately 45 machines and more than 50 vehicles in operation, every asset is produced and installed to the same specification, ensuring strong consistency across the fleet.

In addition to machinery and vehicles, ProSigns manages Terra Civil’s building and office signage, including 3D external building signage, reception branding, wall graphics, frosted glass, privacy films and internal office identifiers. These elements extend the same bold visual identity from site operations into workplace environments.

Outdoor operational signage is also supplied where required, including site identification signage, directional graphics and external branding elements produced to withstand harsh civil-site conditions.
